Nari, our beautiful Maine Coon cat we brought home as a kitten, from a non kill shelter. I took one look at her, and her name just popped into my head. She is a great Mouser and loves to pose for photos. Photo was taken with my Evolt 510 camera and a bit of photoshop.
*Shari's work explores the relationship between Trompe l'oeil and surreal Abstracts. With influences as diverse as Leonardo da Vinci and Buckminster Fuller, new variations are generated from both explicit and implicit dialogues. Ever since she was a child, Shari has been fascinated by the theoretical limits of all Art. What starts out as vision soon becomes contemporaneously into a hegemony of wild abandonment, leaving only a sense of peace or chaos with the stroke of a pen and with the likelihood of a new reality.
